Welcome to the olde-time IntrigueCon General Games Schedule! Bask in the last few days of its existence before it is replaced with a brand spanking new sleeker, faster, better one.
If you pre-register you can reserve your spots in the games as they're posted as well as change your games if space allows.
If you like living dangerously, IntrigueCon is also open to general registration at 6pm on Friday, October 13th but remaining spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we have a hard, fire-department enforced, registration maximum.
Before you get too carried away in the schedule you might want to know that this year we're having a swapmeet. We'll have some more details about that soon but, basically, it'll be a chance for you to lay out your old games and maybe make a swap or two with other like-minded folks.
In the schedule below you should be able to see the number of seats left. If you can't it's probably because you're using Safari or accessing it from an iPhone. I'm not judging your choices. I have an iPhone and Mac too. If you'd like to be able to take advantage of this functionality before the new site is up, you'll have to download Chrome on your Mac or wait until you get to a computer. I can't figure out how to get it to work on an iPhone.

The Honeycomb Dispatch
Early Spring in the year 1153 and the mouse territories have just survived a military coup led by the traitorous Guard Midnight. The loyalties of several local militias are in doubt while others have been disbanded entirely. To make matters worse, during the coup raiding parties destroyed food stores in the Western Territories leaving many settlements on the brink of starvation. Your patrol has been summoned and tasked with conveying honey, a queen bee, and some drones overland to start an apiary in beleaguered Elmwood. The honey will help feed the starving townsfolk and produce delicious mead while the bees can be used as an interim defense if Elmwood is attacked. Under good conditions it’s a four-day journey, but weather-watchers have warned that heavy snows are due. Delay, however, is not an option. Heroes are rarely made and even more seldom born. Not till after they die do mice sing of their tale. RPG Squeak! 101

Swords and Wizardry
Grimmsgate
Deep in the wooded wilderness, the village of Grimmsgate is an outpost town on a seldom-traveled trail, right at the edge of nowhere. The village’s half-ruined temple of Law, dilapidated inn, drunken blacksmith, exiled trader and a few fur-trappers are enough to keep the bloody-minded denizens of the dark forest at bay, but nobody really expects the village to still be there in another ten years. The woods have become too dangerous for the trappers who once caught animals for fur, and merchants no longer travel the poorly-maintained road.
What great evil and what fabulous treasures are to be found in these lands? A brave band of adventurers might make their fortunes here. Or perhaps they might never return…

Prince Charming, Reanimator
Prince Hubert Charming's cold and emotionless eyes are well known throughout the kingdom. Despite this, his watery blue gaze favours flawless beauty: a string of beautiful and ever younger wives serving as a testament to this.
Some say his first betrothed Princess Ella was thrown down a well by her jealous stepsisters prior to the wedding. Yet even death did not deter Prince Charming from possessing her. By some foul design Prince Charming succeeded in reviving his bride and she charmed everyone at the wedding.
This mockery of life did not last and all too soon Princess Ella took ill and died.
Many great beauties followed but none could satisfy the Prince. His constant quest for a companion with unlined porcelain skin becoming an all-consuming madness.
That is until he stumbled upon a tale of beauty untouched by the ravages of time.
The tale claimed that deep within the Grimmswood lay the ruins of a long-lost realm and within it the daughter of its final king. The girl, so the tales says, was cursed by a malevolent faerie who presented her with a poison thorned rose upon her eighteenth birthday. All it took was a single light touch upon one of the thorns for the poison to claim her life.
The poisoned rose it is said claimed not only the Princess' life but also the King's will to rule. His kingdom falling to ruin about him before he too passed away.
Few now dare to venture far into the Grimmswood. Not even the rumours of the lost kingdom's riches being enough of a temptation. Even the bravest souls fear the ire of the fae and the dark and terrible magic that still holds sway amongst the gnarled and twisted trees of the forest.
Or they wouldn't, until now. For, in his madness, Prince Hubert Charming of Westlake has proclaimed that Princess Beauty was not killed by the poison of the fae but cursed by it to sleep away the aeons. She resides there still he believes, untouched by time, ready for him to take her as his bride.
A company of his veteran knights immediately rode out and… rounded up a stable of “volunteers” to do the job. That's why, on this early autumn morning, you find yourself trudging towards the Grimswood with what little equipment you had to hand when you “volunteered”.

Call of Cthulhu
Cthulhu Island
Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
A tale of a frightful trip
That started from a tropic port
Aboard a tiny ship.
The mate was a mighty sailing man,
The skipper brave and sure.
Five passengers set sail that day
For a three hour tour, a three hour tour.
The weather started getting rough,
The tiny ship was tossed,
If not for the courage of the fearless crew
The Minnow would be lost, the Minnow would be lost.
The ship set ground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle
With Gilligan
The Skipper too,
A millionaire and his wife,
A movie star
The professor and Mary Ann,
Here on Cthulhu's Isle.

Witch: The Road to Lindisfarne
It is the year of our Lord 1350 and an unholy plague sweeps across our beloved Britain. Measures have been taken to contain and eliminate it, but still families must surrender their mothers, fathers, sons and daughters to the mass graves.
They say that one in three have been marked for death. But marked by whom? Are the sick being punished for their sins by God? No, this foul curse is the work of the Devil and his wicked agent, the Witch. The people pray for an answer, and within the great city of London, the source of the vile plague, God may have given it. A woman has been taken prisoner by the Church after confessing the use of Witchcraft to bring the blight upon us. Three days have passed since then and during this time the heads of the church have been in consultation without rest. Today they emerged and gave their counsel. The woman must be taken in a caged cart to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Once there, an ancient ritual will be performed to cleanse this land of her and her black plague. It will take two weeks to reach the site, but as the sun breaks the horizon on the Sabbath then the Witch will face her absolution. This is the story of that journey. RPG Story Game 109
